The monograph contains and summarizes the results of many experimental studies by the authors to determine the epizootic situation in Ukraine in relation to porcine epidemic diarrhea. Results of the phylogenetic analysis of genome porcine epidemic diarrhea virus isolated in different regions of Ukraine. The results characterizing the clinical signs of the disease, biochemical, immunological and pathohistological changes in the suckling pig organism in porcine epidemic diarrhea are presented. The obtained results substantiate the peculiarities of conducting measures for the prevention and control of porcine epidemic diarrhea in pig farms by immunization and quality control of disinfection of livestock premises contaminated with coronavirus.
