SOME ASPECTS OF INSURANCE FOR CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY IN HOUSING AND UTILITIES SECTOR

Abstract

The paper focuses on research aimed at comprehensive consistent study of civil responsibility insurance of the structures providing housing and communal services. The paper reflects on obligatory insurance of civil responsibility of the structures providing housing and communal services. It is pointed out that insurance of the financial risks of owners of the residential property in a dwelling house can be one of the ways to secure them from unfair service providers. The range of problems linked to the legal regulation of civil responsibility of the structures providing housing and communal services results from the insufficient research into those issues in the pertinent legal theory.
