Abstract

The objective of the article is to examine the concept of personal data, its breakdown, the personal data protection principles, personal data processing and addressing related issues. The article identifies the main areas in which specific personal data protection provisions are usually developed or applied. The article analyzes the set of issues related to the processing of personal data (Internet environment, different databases, which are relevant and very topical in the modern technological development time.
