HEREDITARY AGREEMENT AS THE GROUNDS OF VOCATION TO INHERIT

Abstract

In the article the institution of the hereditary contract from the point of view of Russian and Latvian civil law is considered. A comparative analysis of the legal systems of the two countries in the field of hereditary legal relations is carried out. The formation of the institution of the hereditary contract is considered. The legal regulation of the institution of the hereditary contract in the Republic of Latvia is analyzed. The conclusions on the need to include this institution in Russian law are presented.
