Abstract

The author of this article analyses the present state of the legal background of the personal non-property right to information that concerns environment bringing certain deficiencies to light; proposes means for correction; considers correlation of the researched subjective right and the right to favourable natural environment; demonstrates means for abridgement of the researched right; discusses possibilities of usage for such purpose the institute of state secret. The author also states practical harm from wide terminology and existing legal inconsistencies; examines different aspects of responsibility for abusing the right to information that concerns natural environment, and explaines reasons for its low effectiveness
