Abstract
В статье рассмотрена роль Европейского Суда по правам человека, как наднаци- онального судебного органа, в вопросах защиты права собственности физических и юридических лиц, домицилий которых находится на территории государств-членов Совета Европы, ратифи- цировавших Конвенцию о защите прав человека и основных свобод 1950 года и, принятого в дополнение к ней, Протокола №1. В статье также выделены основные положения, сформулированные Европейским судом по правам человека в сфере защиты имущественных прав и права на правосудие. Проанализиро- ваны некоторые категории дел в сфере защиты права собственности.
