OUTSOURCING CONCEPTION AND ESENCE

Abstract
This article draws attention to the need to formulate a definition of outsourcing and to indicate the advantages and disadvantages of its use in practice. Up to date there is no definition of the concept of «outsourcing» in the national legislation. The doctrine is not clear in its legal nature, although the commercial practice often pushes businessmen to use it.
