Abstract
The Ukrainian judicial system and its power to provide defence of rights and legal financial interests of subjects in the field of financial safety are considered in the article. The ways of judicial defence improvement are offered in the questions of financial safety. The questions of courts and judges specialization are examined in the system of providing financial safety in the state.
