Abstract

There are some aspects of contract as a transaction reviewed in the article, in particular the correlation of a contract with an obligation, some terms for entering into a contract, preliminary contract and its peculiarities influencing entering into fundamental contract. The authors show their point of view considering law and practice applied in Estonia.
